Ok, so I just read the weirdest thing on Wikipedia about Father’s Day. The poor dads, after working hard and supporting their families year round, year after year, they get * less * phone calls then moms do on Mother’s Day and the volume of * collect calls * on that day is the highest then any other day of the year. So “Happy Father’s Day Dad, don’t worry I won’t call collect, I’ll just send you a Big Hot Dog!”

Thanks to our friends over at Guinness Book of World Records we are now documented as the "World's Largest Commercially Available Hot Dog". That is right! In the whole world there is nowhere else you can get a hot dog like ours. So yea, take that Earth!

Its hot in Chicago this weekend. The Big Hot Dog team is outside sweating at two back to back company BBQs. At least we have a load of Big Hot Dogs to keep us and the parties well fed. Its so hot we are debating making a new type of Big Hot Dog - the Polar Dog. Basically, its a normal grilled Big Hot Dog on a hamburger bun with shaved ice on top. For those with more of a sweet tooth the ice can be replaced with shaved Popsicle or ice cream.
